Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your shoes — but if something’s not quite right, here’s what to do:

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.

How to Return:

1. Email us at support@adannashoes.top with your order number.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return address and instructions.
3. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or wrong item.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
